How do I pay for a Passion Collection purchase?

Customer can use Net Banking, Cash on Delivery, Wallets, Debit Card and Credit Card to make your purchase. Passion Collection also receive payments made using American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Do Passion Collection offers Cash on Delivery on purchase?

Cash on Delivery (COD) is an alternative method of purchasing product. Passion Collection offers maximum order amount limit for Cash on Delivery of product is INR 15,000 at all services.

Can I make a payments using wallets?

Yes! Customer can use wallets to make purchases on Purchase Collection. Currently, Passion Collection accept payments for following wallets Paytm, Jiomoney, Freecharge, Oxigen Wallet, Pay Zap, MobiKwik, and Payu Money.

What is the Return policy?

PassionCollection.in effort is to deliver the finest customer service every time you shop with us, however if you receive a damaged box, then do not accept it. If product is damaged, then customer can initiate a return request within 14 days of product delivery.

How do I return an item purchased on Passion Collection?

PassionCollection.in request you to send the product preferably through speed post in a saleable condition. To return the product, customer must send the AWB number and courier name on refund@passioncollection.in

It’s mandatory for customer to ensure that the product is returned with the tags, unused, original packaging, invoice, unwashed and undamaged condition.

When returns are not possible?

1. Customer request will only be accepted only within 14 days from product delivered date.

2. Returns will not be accepted if returned product is used, washed, worn or damaged.

3. PassionCollection.in will not accept the return request if tags, original packaging and invoice are missing.
